Managed and tracked finances, purchases, payroll, and petty cash, and ensured timeliness and accuracy in dissemination of information and documents as main point of contact to cast and crew of 45.
$4.2Million Period Feature Film & Musical starring Cuba Gooding Jr., William Sadler, Peter Cousens, Sharon Leal, and David Rasche.
Disseminated daily production schedules, 50+ scripts, and acted as main contact and line of communication for the feature “Freedom,” a $4.2M period film.
Coordinated Rentals for 38 day shoot, sourced 20+ vendors and staff, handled petty cash and purchase orders to ensure flow of capital was accurate.
Arranged Travel schedules, hotel deals, and triaged needs of Crew as well as Above the Line Staff and Talent in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Hired 20+ Crew and negotiated deal memos during pre-production, sourced equipment rental, and worked with AD and Line Producer to craft preliminary schedule and budget for $200k film.
Triaged on-set crew needs to ensure goals of producer and director stayed on track during 21 day shoot and in post-production.
Also took on role of assistant camera during shoot weeks, pulling focus, organizing camera equipment, taking direction from DP and delegating tasks to 2nd AC.

Independently researched and compiled hundreds of photos and source materials from Newspaper microfiche, Getty archives, etc., as visual assets for three documentary features inlcuding WGBH's "Robert E. Lee".
Tagged and tracked digital assets for editors' reference using FilemakerPro database, and organized physical Production Binders as records.
Aided in multiple shoots as PA, and contributed ideas to the production process.
While at BW, I Produced, shot, and edited short form creative videos for C-suite executives and special interest groups including direct messaging, interviews, docu-narratives, promos, and more. I also provided event coverage, transparency, and training video services for population of 1500 as a tenured member of the media team. I was frequently relied on to leverage my additional camera and coordination skill for teammates’ productions.
